The cheeses that our company sells come mainly from well-known cheesemakers in the Ioannina Prefecture – where the company was founded- and from Epirus generally. We also sell cheeses from other areas of Greece, such as Crete, the Peloponnese, Mytilene, the Cycladic islands etc, which are famous for their cheesemakers and for producing excellent cheeses.

All our cheesemakers source their raw materials from specially selected livestock farmers and use only the very best dairy products. Because of this, they produce exceptional cheeses with uniquely pleasing flavours.
