{"id":2279,"date":"2018-01-08T14:52:25","date_gmt":"2018-01-08T14:52:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tyrokomika-giotis.gr\/kaseropita\/"},"modified":"2018-08-10T11:40:32","modified_gmt":"2018-08-10T08:40:32","slug":"kasseri-cheese-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tyrokomika-giotis.gr\/en\/kasseri-cheese-pie\/","title":{"rendered":"KASSERI CHEESE PIE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>10<\/em><em> sheets of pastry for baklava <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>300 gr. <\/em><em>kasseri <\/em><em>cheese<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>150 gr.<\/em><em>sweet graviera <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5 <\/em><em>eggs <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 <\/em><em>teacup of milk <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Salt and pepper <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Butter for buttering the cooking tin <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>4-5 <\/em><em>sprigs of dill <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Butter a Pyrex dish and line with half of the sheets of pastry. Cut the kasseri cheese into slices and place on the pastry. Sprinkle the grated graviera and the finely chopped dill on top. Cover with the remaining sheets of pastry. Use a knife to score the pie into square pieces. Mix the eggs, the milk and the salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture onto the pie and leave for approximately one hour. Then cook in a ready-heated oven at 180 degrees C for approximately 25 minutes.
